Melanin Jewel ships using USPS and every order comes with a tracking number so you are able to track your orders. Once tracking numbers are sent out, Melanin Jewel is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. ( If you have any problems with deliveries, please file a claim with USPS)

We make all of our products in small batches which ensures your products will always be fresh, natural, and a product that your skin and hair will love. For this reason, your orders will be processed between 3- 10 business days. Once processed Shipping times is 3-7 days.  DUE TO COVID SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED

Due to warmer weather, some melting of our products might occur but we use proper packaging to prevent it as much as possible.

In a case where it does occur, we recommend putting your products in the refrigerator for about 10-15 mins and store in a cool location.

**The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected by melting.**
